Customers book one or more bikes for two, four or eight hours on your website and pay in advance if you want them to. Every bike is its own place in your schedule, so you never hire out more bikes than you have. You pay a fixed monthly price per location.

- Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the bike hire template, check numbers and price and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is in Dutch only.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Frame sizes or rider heights per customer, a flexible return time, a security deposit and damage records.
What it does for your bike hire
By the morning you already know how many bikes are going out.
- Hire periods you choose
- Two, four or eight hours, or another length up to ten hours. You also choose when a hire can start.
- One bike per person
- If four people come, the customer books four bikes in the same booking. If not enough are free, the time is not shown.
- Different kinds of bike
- City bikes, e-bikes or tandems are set up as separate activities, each with its own number and price.
- Extras
- A child seat, a lock or a picnic basket can be added while booking, with the price shown.
- Payment in advance
- For each activity you choose no payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Seasons and closed days
- You enter opening hours per day and closed days. Outside the season you pause online booking with a date when it opens again.

Hosting, updates, emails and support by email are included. No booking fees. More than one venue? 25% off from the second licence and 50% from the tenth. All prices exclude VAT.

How much does a booking system for bike hire cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per location, excluding VAT. If you only hire out in season, you can cancel any month.
Can I keep track of frame sizes?
No, frame sizes are not tracked. If you want to hire out sizes separately, create an activity per size with its own number of bikes.
Can customers bring a bike back later than booked?
Not through the system. A hire has a fixed length; longer hire is arranged on site.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up is in English too; the admin is currently in Dutch only.
