YourReservation.eu is an online booking system for businesses that take bookings for tables, lanes, rooms or appointments by time slot, such as restaurants, bowling alleys, padel clubs, escape rooms, hire businesses and salons. Guests book themselves in a booking widget on your own website or on your own booking page, and you see every booking by day in one overview.

The packages cost Basic €49, Restaurant €99, Activities €189 and Salon €79 a month per venue, excluding VAT. You can also take Basic and add individual modules from €8 a month. From the second licence you get 25% off, from the sixth 40% and from the tenth 50%. Pay 6 or 12 months in advance and you get 10% or 20% off. Licences are billed in euros.

No, YourReservation.eu charges no commission and no fee per booking. You pay a fixed price a month per venue, however many bookings come in, and that price is shown on this page before you sign up. If guests pay online in advance, Mollie charges its own transaction fees on your own Mollie account.

Basic: for a business that only wants to take bookings online, or wants to choose its own modules. Restaurant: for restaurants, cafés and lunch spots with tables, a dining room and regulars. Activities: for bowling, padel, escape rooms, karting, hire and anything booked per lane or place and time slot, with online payment. Salon: for hair salons, nail salons and beauty salons where clients book a treatment with a particular staff member. Basic is enough if you only want to take bookings, and you can always add individual modules.

Yes, you can build your own package. Start with Basic and switch on the modules you need in the admin under Licenties (Licences), during the trial as well. Each module has its own monthly price and can be switched off again. If your modules add up to more than a package that includes them, the package is the cheaper choice.

No, there is nothing to install. You manage everything in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. On your website you paste one line of code or use the WordPress plugin, or you simply link to your own booking page, which comes free with every package.

The free trial lasts 14 days, after which you decide whether to take out a subscription. You give no payment details beforehand, so nothing is charged automatically. If you do nothing, online booking stops for your guests, and your data is kept for another 60 days.

Yes, guests can pay in advance for activities, lanes and hire with the Online payment module. They pay through your own Mollie account, in euros, and the money goes straight to you. For each activity you choose: no payment, a deposit or full payment in advance. Payment in advance is not available for restaurant table bookings.

No, double bookings are not possible. The database allows only one booking per table, lane or staff member at a time, even if two guests press the button at exactly the same moment. The same rule applies to bookings you enter yourself in the admin.

The data is stored in the EU, in a Supabase database in Frankfurt, Germany, and the website runs on Cloudflare. The provider is Your Virtual Assistant, a sole trader in Sweden. How your data and your guests' data are handled is set out in the privacy policy.

The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish, and guests automatically get their browser's language. Sign-up is available in English, Dutch, Swedish and German. The admin for you and your staff is currently in Dutch only.

YourReservation.eu works with Google Calendar, with Mollie for payments, with WordPress through a plugin, and with Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, which receive an event whenever someone books. There is no integration with till systems and no open API for your own software.

YourReservation.eu does not send text message reminders, does not take deposits for restaurant table bookings and has no till system integration and no open API. The admin is in Dutch only. Reminders go out by email, and payment in advance is available for activities, lanes, hire and gift vouchers.

Yes, you can cancel a monthly subscription every month, in the admin under Licenties (Licences). If you pay 6 or 12 months in advance for 10% or 20% off, the subscription runs until the end of that period. During the free trial there is nothing to cancel: without a subscription it simply stops.
