- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is in Dutch only.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- Not built for
- Clubs with membership cards, leagues, coached sessions or finding players for a match. The system is built for hire per time slot.
What it does for your sports venue

- Your session length
- You choose which session lengths can be booked, for example 45 or 60 minutes, and how often a court can start.
- Dearer at busy times
- Are weekday evenings or weekends more expensive? You set a different price by time of day and day of the week, once.
- Equipment hire
- A racket or climbing shoes can be added while booking, per person or per booking, with the price shown.
- Halls in sections
- You hire out a hall in sections. If the group is bigger than one section, it automatically gets more.
- Several sports, one booking page
- Tennis, squash and the sports hall are set up as separate activities, each with its own courts, prices and session lengths.
- Never two bookings on one court
- Only one booking per court is possible at a time, even if two players press the button at exactly the same moment.

Frequently asked questions
Can players choose between an hour and an hour and a half?
Yes, players choose the session length when they book. You decide the lengths for each sport; if you offer 60 and 90 minutes, players only see times when the court is free for the whole session.
How do I avoid empty courts when someone does not turn up?
Ask for payment or a deposit in advance. You set this per activity, and the money goes straight to you through your own Mollie account.
Does it work for a tennis club with members?
Not particularly well. There are no membership cards, no member prices per account and no members only restriction; it suits courts that you hire out by the hour to anyone.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up is in English too; the admin is currently in Dutch only.
