Terms and conditions
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply to the use of YourReservation.eu, provided by Your Virtual Assistant (Christopher van Vliet). Registration number 870308-9055. Address: HHU-664-1 Billo, 106 43 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: hello@yourvirtualassistant.eu.
1. The service
YourReservation.eu is software for taking and managing reservations and bookings online. You get access to an admin area, your own booking page and a code for placing a booking button on your own website. We take care of hosting, updates and security.
2. Free trial
After signing up you can use the service free of charge for a trial period. No payment details are needed. If you do not take out a subscription after the trial, online booking stops for your guests. Your data is then kept for 60 days, so that you can carry on without losing anything.
3. Licences and prices
- Each venue is one licence with its own package. The price of each package is shown on the website and in your admin.
- A volume discount applies when you have more than one licence. The most expensive licence counts first.
- You pay monthly, or 6 or 12 months in advance with a discount. All prices exclude VAT.
- VAT is added to the prices. Business customers in an EU country other than Sweden with a valid VAT number pay no VAT; the reverse charge applies. Without a valid VAT number, and for customers in Sweden, we charge 25% Swedish VAT (moms). Outside the EU we charge no VAT.
- If you add a venue, change a package or switch a venue off, we charge or credit the difference pro rata.
- We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. You can then cancel before they take effect.
4. Payment
You pay through Stripe with the payment method you choose. If a payment fails, we try again and let you know. If a payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days, we may pause online booking for your guests until the payment has been received.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel every month in your admin, under Licenties en facturen (Licences and invoices). The subscription then runs until the end of the period you have paid for. If you paid 6 or 12 months in advance, we do not refund the rest of that period. After the end we keep your data for 60 days. If you would like an export during that time, email us.
6. Payments from your guests
If you let guests pay online, this goes through your own Mollie account. The money goes straight to you. Refunds and disputes with guests are for you to settle with Mollie. YourReservation.eu is not a party to them.
7. Your responsibilities
- You keep your login details secret and give staff only the permissions they need.
- You make sure the information on your booking page is correct: opening hours, prices and terms for your guests.
- You do not use the service for spam or for anything that breaks the law.
8. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost turnover.
9. Your guests' data
You decide which guest data you collect and for what purpose. We process that data only on your behalf, in line with the processing terms below and the privacy policy.
- We use the data only to provide the service, never for our own purposes.
- Staff and subcontractors who have access are bound by confidentiality.
- We take appropriate security measures, including encryption in transit and access by role.
- If there is a data breach affecting your guests, we will tell you within 48 hours.
- Subcontractors: Supabase (database, Frankfurt), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (billing of your subscription), Hostinger (sending email) and, if you connect your Google Calendar, Google.
- After the agreement ends we delete the data within 60 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. We announce important changes at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
