Players book a padel court for 60 or 90 minutes directly on your website and pay in advance through your own Mollie account. There is no marketplace in between and no commission per booking, just a fixed monthly price per club, however many courts you have.

- Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the padel template, check your courts and prices and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is in Dutch only.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Finding players for a match, open matches, leagues, memberships and season passes. There is no link to doors or lighting either.
What it does for your padel club
Your own booking page, your own prices and the money straight into your account.
- 60 or 90 minutes
- You choose which session lengths can be booked and whether a court can start every quarter hour, half hour or hour. Players only see times when the court is free for the whole session.
- Dearer at peak times
- The template starts with a higher price on weekday evenings. You set your own prices by time of day and day of the week.
- Racket and ball hire
- A racket per person or a tube of balls per booking can be added while booking, with the price shown.
- Payment in advance
- For each activity you choose no payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Gift vouchers
- Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when someone books a court or pays at the desk.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per court is possible at a time, even if two players press the button at exactly the same moment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a padel booking system cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per club, excluding VAT, however many courts or bookings you have. No percentage of your court fees goes to YourReservation.eu. Mollie charges its own fees for online payments.
How is this different from a padel booking platform?
Players book on your own website and booking page, under your own name, and you pay a fixed monthly price instead of commission. In return, players will not find you in an app alongside other clubs; they reach you through your website, Google or social media.
Can players find partners for a match?
No, finding players is not included. There are no open matches, partner search or rankings; a player books a court for their own group of two to four.
Can members get a lower price?
Not per member. You can set different prices by time of day and day of the week, and sell gift vouchers.
How do I prevent no-shows?
Ask for full payment or a deposit in advance. Players can only cancel up to the deadline you set yourself.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up is in English too; the admin is currently in Dutch only.
