- How to start
- Sign up, confirm your email address, create a children's party activity with its length, numbers and price, and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is in Dutch only.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Scanning tickets at the entrance, a till system, season passes or punch cards, and recording allergies per child for an activity.
What it does for your parties
No more parties in a notebook, just a calendar that fills itself.
- The party as its own activity
- You create a children's party activity with a fixed length, for example two hours, and a minimum and maximum number of children.
- Price per party or per child
- Charge a fixed price per party, or per child per hour. A different price at weekends is set up once.
- Food and extras
- Food, party bags or a present for the birthday child are chosen by the parent when booking, per child or per party, with the price shown.
- Deposit
- For each activity you choose no payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Only the times you want
- You decide on which days and at what times parties can be booked, in which rooms and how far ahead.
- Entry per time slot
- For a play centre with open play, you set up a time slot with a maximum number of children. Once it is full, the time can no longer be booked.

How much does a booking system for children's parties cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, including online payment and gift vouchers. There is no fee per party or per child.
Can I set a minimum number of children?
Yes, you can set a minimum. For each activity you enter the minimum and maximum number of participants, and outside that range online booking is not possible.
Can tickets be scanned at the entrance?
No, scanning is not included. Guests receive a confirmation by email, but there is no scanning at the entrance and no link to a till.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up is in English too; the admin is currently in Dutch only.
