- Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the meeting room template, check rooms and prices and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is in Dutch only.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Requests that you approve first, hire on invoice, security deposits and quotes. It is not built for council venues with regular tenants.
What it does for your rooms
A calendar that is always right, without emails back and forth about a free afternoon.
- By the hour or half day
- You choose which hire periods can be booked, for example one, two, four or eight hours, and when a booking can start.
- Coffee and lunch
- Extras per person or per booking are chosen by the hirer when booking, with the price shown.
- Opening hours per room
- You enter opening hours and closed days per room, and how far ahead it can be booked.
- Bigger group, more space
- You set how many people fit in a room. A larger group automatically gets several rooms or sections.
- Payment in advance
- For each room you choose no payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per room is possible at a time, even if two hirers press the button at exactly the same moment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a booking system for venue hire cost?
Venue hire with online payment costs €189 a month per venue with the Activities package, excluding VAT. Without online payment it also works with Basic (€49) plus the Activities and lanes module. There is no fee per booking.
Can a hirer send a request that I approve first?
No, there is no approval step. A booking on a free time is confirmed straight away; if you want to check every request first, this system is not the right fit.
Can I hire out on invoice or take a deposit?
No, invoices and deposits are not included. Payment is made online via Mollie or on site.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up is in English too; the admin is currently in Dutch only.
