- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.

- Clients choose a staff member or whoever is free first, and only see times when that person has room.

- Clients who find you through your own website book directly with you. You pay the same every month, however many new clients book.
