- Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the karting template, check numbers and price and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is in Dutch only.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Dividing drivers into heats, timing and results, a link to your timing system, and height or age checks.
What it does for your karting track
Groups book their own sessions. You keep the track safely full.
- Sessions with a cap
- You set how many drivers may be on the track at the same time. When a session is full, the time can no longer be booked.
- Price per driver
- You charge per person, and the price follows the driving time: 30 minutes costs twice as much as 15.
- Higher prices at weekends
- You set a different price by time of day and day of the week, for example for Saturday evening.
- Groups and corporate events
- A group books for everyone in one go, with extras such as a prize giving or food.
- Payment in advance
- For each activity you choose no payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Gift vouchers
- Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when booking or at the desk.

How much does a booking system for a go-kart track cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per track, excluding VAT. There is no fee per driver or per booking.
Can the system divide heats or record lap times?
No, heats and timing are not included. Drivers book a session with a maximum number of places; you handle heats and timing with your own system at the track.
Can a group of twenty book in one go?
Yes, if the session allows that many drivers. You set the cap per session and the largest group that may book online yourself.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up is in English too; the admin is currently in Dutch only.
