- How to start
- Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the escape room template, check your rooms and prices and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is in Dutch only.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Digital waivers, links to escape room booking portals and a fixed reset time between two games.
What it does for your rooms
Every room full, without phone calls about free times.
- Rooms per time slot
- Every room is its own place in your schedule. You choose the game length, for example 75 minutes, and whether a game can start every quarter hour, half hour or hour.
- Price per team or per person
- Charge a fixed price per booking or a price per player, with a minimum and maximum number of players per room. Friday and Saturday evenings can cost more.
- Payment in advance
- For each room you choose no payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Gift vouchers
- An escape room is a popular present. Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when booking or at the desk.
- How far ahead and how late
- You decide how many days ahead a room can be booked and up to how many minutes before the start online booking stays open.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per room is possible at a time, even if two teams press the button at exactly the same moment.

How much does escape room booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, for all your rooms together, including online payment and gift vouchers. If you only need the rooms without payments, start with Basic for €49 plus the Activities and lanes module.
Can I charge a fixed price per team?
Yes, you can charge per team. For each room you choose a price per booking, per person or per room per hour, with a minimum and maximum number of players.
Can I keep time free between two games?
Not as a separate setting. What works is setting the game length slightly longer than the game itself, for example 90 minutes for a game of 75 minutes, so every booking also keeps the room free for the reset.
Can players sign a waiver?
No, digital signing is not included. You handle waivers on site.
Can a guest use a gift voucher when booking?
Yes, gift vouchers can be used when booking. You sell them online, and the balance is deducted at booking or at the desk.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up is in English too; the admin is currently in Dutch only.
