- How to start
- Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the bike rental template, check numbers and price and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie or Stripe account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Frame sizes or rider heights per customer, a flexible return time, a security deposit and damage records.
What it does for your bike rental
By the morning you already know how many bikes are going out.
- Rental periods you choose
- Two, four or eight hours, or another length up to ten hours. You also choose when a rental can start.
- One bike per person
- If four people come, the customer books four bikes in the same booking. If not enough are free, the time is not shown.
- Different kinds of bike
- City bikes, e-bikes or tandems are set up as separate activities, each with its own number and price.
- Extras
- A child seat, a lock or a picnic basket can be added while booking, with the price shown.
- Payment in advance
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie or Stripe account and in euros.
- Seasons and closed days
- You enter opening hours per day and closed days. Outside the season you pause online booking with a date when it opens again.

Hosting, updates, emails and support by email are included. No booking fees. More than one venue? 25% off from the second licence, 40% from the sixth and 50% from the tenth. All prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a booking system for bike rental cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per location, excluding VAT. If you only rent out in season, pay monthly and cancel when the season ends.
Can a customer rent different kinds of bike in one go?
Not in a single booking. Each kind of bike is a separate activity, so a city bike and an e-bike are two bookings; within one kind, the customer can rent as many as are free.
Can I keep track of frame sizes?
No, frame sizes are not tracked. If you want to rent out sizes separately, create an activity per size with its own number of bikes.
Can customers bring a bike back later than booked?
Not through the system. A rental has a fixed length; longer rentals are arranged on site.
Can I pause online booking outside the season?
Yes, you can pause online booking outside the season and set the date when it opens again. You also set your own opening hours for each day and your closed days.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
