- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Memberships, punch cards or prepaid hour bundles for regulars, a link to your simulator software, and lessons with a coach who has their own diary.
What it does for your golf simulators

- Simulators by the slot
- Every simulator is its own place in your schedule. Golfers book one or two hours, and a new booking can start every half hour.
- Price per simulator per hour
- You charge per simulator per hour, whether one or four people are playing. A group of six or eight automatically gets two simulators side by side in one booking.
- Evening rate
- Weekday evenings after five are the busiest. Set a higher rate for those hours; the template already has it Monday to Friday from 17:00.
- Club hire
- Anyone without their own set ticks club hire when booking and sees the price straight away. So you know in advance how many sets to have ready.
- Advance payment and gift vouchers
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when booking or at the desk.
- Reminders and reviews
- Every golfer gets a reminder the day before and an invitation to leave a review afterwards. A phone number is required, so you can ring someone if plans change.

Frequently asked questions
How much does golf simulator booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, for all your simulators together. Online payment and gift vouchers are included and there's no fee per booking. If you don't need payments, Basic at €49 plus the Activities per time slot module also works.
Can I charge more on weekday evenings?
Yes, you set a higher rate for the days and hours you choose. The template already has it Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 23:00.
Can regulars use a membership or punch card?
No, memberships and punch cards aren't included. Every booking is paid on its own, online or at the desk, and a gift voucher can be used as payment.
Can I offer golf lessons?
A lesson as a fixed session on a simulator works, set up as its own activity with its own price and length. A diary per coach isn't part of this package.
What happens when someone cancels?
Up to the deadline you set, the golfer can cancel through the link in their confirmation. If they've already paid, the money isn't refunded automatically; you get a notification and handle the refund yourself.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
