Price: Activities: €189 a month per venue, excl. VAT. No need for online payment or gift vouchers? Then Basic plus the Activities per time slot module also works, at €124 a month together.
What's included: The core (booking page, booking widget, emails, opening hours, Google Calendar) plus guests and clients, waiting list, events, team and kiosk, reviews and follow-up, activities per time slot, online payment and gift vouchers.

How to start: Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the Venue rental template, check your rooms and prices and put the button on your website.
Languages: This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
Currency: Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie or Stripe account.
Your data: The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
What it does not do: Requests that you approve first, invoiced rentals, security deposits and quotes. It is not built for council venues with regular tenants.

What it does for your venue

A calendar that is always right, without emails back and forth about a free Saturday.

By the hour, half day or day: You choose which rental periods can be booked, for example two, four or eight hours, and when a booking can start.
Cleaning and sound as extras: Cleaning afterwards, a sound system or tea and coffee are chosen by the customer when booking, per person or per booking, with the price shown.
Higher rates on party nights: You set a higher price by time of day and day of the week, for Friday and Saturday evenings for instance.
Booked well ahead, not at the last minute: You decide how far ahead customers can book and how late they still can. The Venue rental template starts at up to a year ahead and at least two days before.
Bigger group, more space: You set how many people fit in a room and how large a group may book online. A group that does not fit in one room is spread over several rooms or sections in one booking; if your rooms cannot be combined, keep the largest group to what one room holds.
Never double booked: Only one booking per room is possible at a time, even if two customers press the button at exactly the same moment.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a booking system for venue rental cost?

Venue rental with online payment costs €189 a month per venue with the Activities package, excluding VAT. Without online payment it also works with Basic (€49) plus the Activities per time slot module. There is no fee per booking.

Can a customer send a request that I approve first?

No, there is no approval step. A booking on a free time is confirmed straight away; if you want to check every request first, this system is not the right fit.

Can I invoice customers or collect a security deposit?

No, invoicing customers and collecting a security deposit are not supported. Customers pay on site or, if you switch on online payment, pay a deposit or the full amount in advance through Mollie or Stripe.

Can a customer book a whole day?

Yes, the Venue rental template already offers eight hours. The longest block you can offer is ten hours.

I rent out a function room and a clubhouse. Can both go on one page?

Yes, each space is set up as a separate activity, with its own prices, extras and rental periods. On the same booking page, the customer first chooses what they want to rent.

Is the booking widget available in English?

Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
