How we work

Guests book through the venue's own website or booking page, not on a marketplace. The venue is responsible for its guests' data; we only process it on the venue's behalf.
A fixed price per venue a month, with no booking fees and no commission.
When a subscription ends we keep the data for another 60 days; in that time you can ask for an export by email.

What it doesn't do

Better to know now than halfway through your trial: this isn't included, and this is what you get instead.

Text message reminders	Guests get a confirmation and a reminder by email.
Deposits for table bookings	Payment in advance works for activities, lanes, hire and gift vouchers, through your own Mollie account.
Till system integration	Bookings appear in the admin and, if you connect it, in your Google Calendar.
An open API for your own software	One line of code or the WordPress plugin, plus an event for Google Analytics or Tag Manager with every booking.
An admin in English	The admin is in Dutch. Guests book in English, Dutch, German or Swedish.
