- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Membership records and member cards, leagues and ladders, finding partners for a match, and a regular court that repeats every week by itself. There is no link to floodlights or entry gates either.
What it does for your tennis courts
No more sign-up sheet at the desk. Every court booked online lands straight in your schedule.
- Courts by the hour
- Each court has its own row in your schedule. You choose the session length and whether a game can start every quarter hour, every half hour or on the hour. Players only see times when the court is free for the whole session.
- Higher prices on weekday evenings
- The template starts with a higher rate from Monday to Thursday between 17:00 and 22:00. You set your own prices by time of day and day of the week.
- Rackets and balls
- A racket per player or balls per booking can be added while booking, with the price shown.
- Payment in advance
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Gift vouchers
- Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when someone books a court or pays at the desk.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per court is possible at a time, even if two players press the button at exactly the same moment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a tennis court booking system cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, for all your courts together. Online payments and gift vouchers are included and there is no fee per booking. If players pay online, Mollie charges its own transaction fees.
Does it work for a members' tennis club?
Not well. There are no member cards, no member prices per account and no courts reserved for members only. It suits courts you hire out by the hour to anyone.
Can a player keep the same court every week?
Not as a recurring booking, because each booking is for one date. A regular player books each week, or you add the booking for them in the admin.
How do I avoid empty courts when people do not turn up?
Ask for full payment or a deposit in advance. Players can only cancel up to the deadline you set; the template starts with 24 hours.
Can I open the courts at certain hours only?
Yes. You set playing hours per day, how close to the start people can still book online and how far ahead. The template starts with 09:00 to 23:00, bookings up to half an hour before and thirty days ahead.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your players are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish, and players get their browser's language automatically. Sign-up and the admin are in English too.
