- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Memberships and multi-visit passes, signing a waiver online, courses with a series of sessions and links to entry gates or check-in systems.
What it does for your climbing or bouldering centre
You know in advance how busy it will be, and nobody turns up to a full centre.
- One place per climber
- Every climber takes one place. Individual bookers share the same session until it is full, which is forty places in the template. Anyone booking later only sees times with room left.
- Sessions of a set length
- You choose how long a session lasts and how often a new one starts. The template uses two hours, with a new start every hour.
- Price per person
- The price is per person and follows the length of the session. A group books in one go and pays for everyone.
- Shoes, harness and chalk
- Anyone without their own kit hires it while booking, per person and with the price shown. So you know beforehand how many pairs of shoes to have ready.
- Payment in advance and gift vouchers
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Gift vouchers are sold online and redeemed at booking or at the desk.
- Reminder and review
- Climbers get a reminder before their session, four hours before in the template, and an invitation to leave a review afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a climbing centre booking system cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, however many climbers book. Online payments and gift vouchers are included and there is no fee per booking. If climbers pay online, Mollie charges its own transaction fees.
How do I control how many people are in at once?
With the number of places. Each climber holds their place for the whole session, so there are never more bookings at the same time than you have places. Change that number to let more or fewer people in.
Can climbers book with a membership or a multi-visit pass?
No, memberships and passes are not included. Each booking is paid on its own, online or at the desk, and a gift voucher can be used as payment.
Can climbers sign a waiver online?
No, there is no digital signing. You handle that on arrival, as you do now.
How late can a climber cancel?
Up to the deadline you set yourself; the template starts with four hours before. In the template people can book up to fourteen days ahead and until half an hour before the start.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your climbers are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish, and people get their browser's language automatically. Sign-up and the admin are in English too.
