- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Let each player pick a game when booking, connect to your VR software, or handle age checks and digital waivers.
What it does for your VR venue
Every headset in use when you need it, without phone calls or juggling the schedule.
- One spot per player
- Each headset with its play area is its own place in your schedule. A player books half an hour or a full hour, and a new session can start every half hour.
- Groups play together
- A group enters the number of players and gets that many spots at the same time in one booking. If there aren't enough free, the guest won't see that time.
- Price per player
- Guests see straight away what it costs for the number of players and the length they choose. Half an hour costs half of a full hour.
- More than one experience
- If you also run a VR escape room or a free roam arena for a whole group, add it as an activity of its own with its own price and length.
- Advance payment and gift vouchers
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when booking or at the desk.
- Reminders and reviews
- Every player gets a reminder the day before and an invitation to leave a review afterwards. A phone number is required, so you can ring someone if plans change.

Frequently asked questions
How much does VR booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, for all your spots together. Online payment and gift vouchers are included and there's no fee per booking. If you don't need payments, Basic at €49 plus the Activities per time slot module also works.
Can a group play the same game together?
Yes, the group books in one go and gets that many spots at the same time. Which game they play, you sort out on the day.
Can guests choose a game when they book?
Not per player. If you want to offer games separately, set each one up as its own activity, and guests choose one in the widget.
How many players fit in one booking?
As many as there are free spots, up to the maximum you set. The template has four spots, so up to four people play at once. Add more spots and larger groups can book together.
What happens when someone cancels?
Up to the deadline you set, the guest can cancel through the link in their confirmation. If they've already paid, the money isn't refunded automatically; you get a notification and handle the refund yourself.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
