Price: Activities: €189 a month per venue, excl. VAT. No need for online payment or gift vouchers? Then Basic plus the Activities per time slot module also works, at €124 a month together.

Languages: This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
Currency: Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie or Stripe account.
Your data: The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
What it does not do: Taking a security deposit, recording damage or automatically moving bookings in bad weather. You move bookings yourself in the admin.

What it does for your rental business

Customers choose the boat and the time. You just hand it over.

The rental periods you offer: One hour, two hours, half a day or a full day. You decide which rental periods can be chosen and when a rental can start.
More boats for a group: You set how many people fit in a boat or on a board. A bigger group automatically gets several in one booking.
Extras with the rental: Life jackets, a wetsuit or a picnic basket. Per booking or per person, with the price shown.
Every kind of boat, one booking page: Rowing boats, SUPs and pedalos are each set up as a separate activity, with their own numbers, prices and rental periods. The customer first chooses what to rent.
Payment or a deposit in advance: For each rental you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie or Stripe account and in euros.
No overlapping bookings: Only one booking per boat or board is possible at a time, even if two customers press the button at exactly the same moment.

What it costs for your business

Hosting, updates, emails and support by email are included. No booking fees. More than one venue? 25% off from the second licence, 40% from the sixth and 50% from the tenth. All prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a booking system for boat rental cost?

The Activities package costs €189 a month per location, excluding VAT, however many boats or bookings you have. Online payment via Mollie or Stripe and gift vouchers are included, and there is no fee per booking.

I only rent out in summer. Do I have to pay all year?

No. If you pay monthly, you can cancel any month. If you pay 6 or 12 months in advance, the subscription runs until the end of that period, and the rest is not refunded if you cancel.

Can a customer rent a boat for a whole day?

Yes, if you offer that as a rental period. The Rental template starts with one, two, four or eight hours, and the longest block you can offer is ten hours.

I rent out SUPs and pedalos. Can both go on one page?

Yes, both go on one booking page. You set up each type of rental as a separate activity with its own numbers, prices and rental periods, and the customer first chooses what they want to rent.

What happens if the weather turns?

There is no automatic bad weather rule. You move or cancel bookings yourself in the admin, and refunds are made in your Mollie or Stripe account.

Is the booking widget available in English?

Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
