- Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the Sauna and private sauna template, check your cabins, hours and prices and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Multi-visit passes or memberships, separate guests sharing a cabin, and opening a door or lock with a code from the booking.

Your cabins take bookings even when you can't get to the phone.
- Cabins per time slot
- Every cabin is its own place in your schedule. You choose how long a visit lasts and whether it can start every half hour or on the hour.
- Price per cabin per hour
- Two hours then costs more than ninety minutes. Prefer to charge per person? Change it for that cabin. Busy evenings can cost more if you like.
- Bathrobe and towel
- Extras per person or per booking are chosen by the guest while booking, with the price shown.
- Gift vouchers
- An evening in the sauna is a popular present. Sell gift vouchers online and let guests redeem them when booking.
- Payment in advance
- Choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per cabin is possible at a time, even if two guests press the button at the same moment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does private sauna booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per location, excluding VAT, for all your cabins together and with no fee per booking. Online payment and gift vouchers are included.
Can separate guests share a sauna?
Not the same cabin. A booked cabin is fully taken for that slot, so every party has it to themselves.
Can I keep time free between guests for cleaning?
Not as a separate setting. What works is a visit length slightly longer than the visit itself, or letting visits start only at set times.
Can I hire out bathrobes and towels?
Yes, as an extra per person or per booking. The template starts with a bathrobe and towel per person.
Does it work with passes or memberships?
No. A pass for a set number of visits or a monthly membership is not included. Gift vouchers with a balance are, and the balance is deducted when booking.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
