- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it doesn't do
- Couples massages with two therapists at once in a single booking, treatment rooms as a separate limit (only the therapist's diary counts), multi-session passes and health questionnaires. Anything a client wants you to know beforehand goes in the notes field when they book.
What it does for your massage practice
No more answering the phone between two clients.
- Every massage with its own length and price
- A relaxing massage of 60 or 90 minutes, a sports massage or just back, neck and shoulders: each treatment has its own length, price and category.
- Time to reset the table
- Set a buffer for each treatment. The therapist stays booked for those minutes after the massage, but the client never sees them in their appointment.
- Working hours for each therapist
- Every therapist has their own working hours and time off. A day off closes online booking with that person, and two clients at once with the same therapist is impossible.
- Treatments back to back
- Clients can book up to three treatments in one appointment, one after the other with the same therapist, such as a back massage followed by a foot massage.
- Clients reschedule or cancel themselves
- Clients get a confirmation and a reminder by email and can move or cancel through the link, up to the cut-off you set.
- Payment in advance if you want it
- With the separate Online payment module (€20 a month) clients pay up front or leave a deposit through your own Mollie account. Gift vouchers and a waiting list are available as modules too.

Can I leave time between two massages?
Yes. Set a buffer on each treatment, for example fifteen minutes to change the linen and air the room. The therapist stays booked for that time, while the client only sees the length of their massage.
Can clients choose their therapist?
Yes. Clients choose a therapist or no preference, and only see times when that therapist is free for the whole massage. For each treatment you decide which therapists offer it.
Can clients pay in advance?
Yes, with the separate Online payment module at €20 a month. Clients then pay up front or leave a deposit through your own Mollie account, and Mollie charges its own transaction fees. Without that module, clients pay at your practice.
Can I try it first?
Yes, you can try it free for 14 days, without payment details. If you want to carry on afterwards, you choose a subscription; if you do nothing, the trial simply ends.
