- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Keeping scores, connecting to electronic dartboards, and planning leagues and tournaments.
What it does for your darts bar
No more calls about free boards on a Friday night, and big groups simply play side by side.
- Boards and courts by the slot
- Every dartboard and shuffleboard court is its own place in your schedule. Guests book one or two hours, and a new booking can start every half hour.
- Groups across several spots
- Six players fit at each spot. A bigger group automatically gets several boards or courts in one booking, side by side where possible.
- Price per spot per hour
- You charge per board or court per hour, however many players there are. Friday and Saturday evenings can cost more, and the template already has that set up.
- Just darts or just shuffleboard
- The template adds both as separate activities. If you only offer one, remove the other. Got another game as well? Add it as an activity of its own.
- Advance payment and gift vouchers
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when booking or at the bar.
- Reminders and reviews
- Every group gets a reminder the day before and an invitation to leave a review afterwards. A phone number is required, so you can ring someone if plans change.

Frequently asked questions
How much does booking software for a darts bar cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, for all your boards and courts together. Online payment and gift vouchers are included and there's no fee per booking. If you don't need payments, Basic at €49 plus the Activities per time slot module also works.
How does it work for a group of twenty?
The group books in one go. With six per spot they automatically get four boards, side by side where possible. If there aren't enough free, the guest won't see that time.
Can I charge more on Friday and Saturday evenings?
Yes, you set a higher rate for the days and hours you choose. The template already has it on Friday and Saturday from 18:00.
I only have dartboards. Does it still work?
Yes. The template sets up darts and shuffleboard as two separate activities. Remove the one you don't have, and guests only see what you offer.
What happens when a group cancels?
Up to the deadline you set, the group can cancel through the link in their confirmation. If they've already paid, the money isn't refunded automatically; you get a notification and handle the refund yourself.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
