- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Membership records and member cards, leagues and ladders, finding opponents, and a regular court that repeats every week by itself.
What it does for your squash courts
Your courts fill up through your website, even when nobody is on the desk.
- 45 minutes or an hour
- You choose which session lengths can be booked and how often a court can start. The template starts every quarter hour, so a court can be let again straight after a 45 minute game.
- Price per court per hour
- The price is per court per hour and follows the session length, so 45 minutes costs three quarters of the hourly rate. You can charge more on weekday evenings.
- Groups across several courts
- Each court is for two players. Book for four or six and the group automatically gets enough courts, side by side where possible.
- Rackets and balls
- A racket per player or a ball per booking can be added while booking, with the price shown.
- Payment in advance and gift vouchers
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Gift vouchers are sold online and redeemed when someone books.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per court is possible at a time, even if two players press the button at exactly the same moment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squash court booking system cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, for all your courts together. Online payments and gift vouchers are included and there is no fee per booking. If players pay online, Mollie charges its own transaction fees.
What does a player pay for 45 minutes?
Three quarters of the court's hourly rate. The price per court per hour follows the session length chosen, and if the game starts at a time with a higher rate, that rate applies.
Can a group of six play at the same time?
Yes. With two players per court, a group of six gets three courts in a single booking, as long as all three are free at that time.
Can a player keep the same court every week?
Not as a recurring booking, because each booking is for one date. A regular player books each week, or you add the booking for them in the admin.
How do I avoid empty courts when people do not turn up?
Ask for full payment or a deposit in advance. Players can only cancel up to the deadline you set; the template starts with 24 hours.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your players are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish, and players get their browser's language automatically. Sign-up and the admin are in English too.
