- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- A course of several sessions in one booking, class passes or memberships, a minimum number of participants below which a session is cancelled automatically, and a waiting list once a session is full.
What it does for your workshops

- Places rather than a room
- Every seat at the table is its own place in your schedule. Three friends take three places, and the rest can still be booked by others.
- Set sessions, a shared start
- You set the times a workshop begins, for example Wednesday to Friday evenings and twice on Saturday. Everyone in a session starts together.
- Price per participant
- The price is per person, and extras such as tea and coffee are added by the participant. They see the total before they book.
- Gift vouchers
- A workshop makes a popular present. Sell gift vouchers online and let people redeem them when booking.
- Up to the day before
- You decide how far ahead workshops can be booked and until when. The template closes sign-up a day before the start, so you have time to prepare materials.
- Payment in advance
- Choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.

Frequently asked questions
How much does workshop booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per location, excluding VAT, for all your workshops together and with no fee per booking. Online payment and gift vouchers are included.
Can a group or a team book in one go?
Yes. A group chooses the number of places it needs, up to the limit you set, and books once. If fewer places are left, they see that straight away.
Can I offer different workshops?
Yes. Each workshop is set up as its own activity, with its own places, price, length and session times. Participants first pick the workshop they want.
What if too few people sign up?
You can see that in the admin. There is no minimum below which a session cancels itself, so you cancel it yourself and refund any payment in your Mollie account.
Can someone use a gift voucher when signing up?
Yes. You sell gift vouchers online, and the balance is deducted when booking or at the desk.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
