Languages: This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
Currency: Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
Your data: The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
What it does not do: Connect to your karaoke system or song list, take drink orders from the room, or set a minimum spend per room.

What it does for your karaoke bar

Rooms full on the nights that matter, without the back and forth about free times.

Rooms by the hour: Every room is its own place in your schedule. Groups pick one, two or three hours, and a new booking can start on every hour. While a room is booked, nobody else sees it as free.
Price per room per hour: You charge per room per hour, whether four or ten people are singing. If it suits you better, you can charge per person instead.
Higher rates on busy nights: Friday and Saturday evenings can cost more, and the template already has that from 18:00. Guests see the price for their slot before they book.
Big groups across several rooms: If a room holds ten and an office party of twenty-five books, they automatically get three rooms in one booking.
Advance payment and gift vouchers: For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when booking or at the bar.
Reminders and reviews: Every group gets a reminder the day before and an invitation to leave a review afterwards. A phone number is required, so you can ring someone if plans change.

Frequently asked questions

How much does karaoke booking software cost?

The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, for all your rooms together. Online payment and gift vouchers are included and there's no fee per booking. If you don't need payments, Basic at €49 plus the Activities per time slot module also works.

Can I have rooms of different sizes?

Yes. Set up a large room and a small room as separate activities, each with its own maximum and price. Guests then choose which one to book.

Can I charge more on Friday and Saturday evenings?

Yes, you set a higher rate for the days and hours you choose. The template already has it on Friday and Saturday from 18:00.

Can a group stay longer than three hours?

You decide which lengths guests can book. The template offers one, two and three hours; if you want four as well, add it.

What happens when a group cancels?

Up to the deadline you set, the group can cancel through the link in their confirmation. If they've already paid, the money isn't refunded automatically; you get a notification and handle the refund yourself.

Is the booking widget available in English?

Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
