- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Digital scorecards, automatic cancellation when the weather turns, and a separate child price within the same booking.
What it does for your mini golf course
No queue at the first hole, and on a sunny day you know in advance how busy it will get.
- Start times every quarter hour
- A new group can tee off every quarter of an hour. You set how many groups can play at the same time; the template allows three, each playing a one hour round.
- Large groups in one booking
- Each group holds up to six people. When a family or team turns up with more, they automatically get several start times side by side in one booking, up to eighteen people in the template.
- Price per person
- Guests enter how many are coming and see the price right away. If you want a separate price for children, add a second activity.
- Advance payment and gift vouchers
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when booking or at the till.
- Your own rules
- How far ahead people can book, how close to the start, and until when a guest can cancel by themselves. The template uses 60 days, half an hour and 24 hours.
- Reminders and reviews
- Every guest gets a reminder the day before and an invitation to leave a review afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
How much does mini golf booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, however many visitors book. Online payment and gift vouchers are included and there's no fee per booking. If you don't need payments, Basic at €49 plus the Activities per time slot module also works.
How do I stop the course getting too busy?
With the number of groups allowed to play at once. Each booking holds its start time for the whole round, so there are never more groups out on the course than you've set.
Can a group of twenty book in one go?
Yes, if you raise the maximum group size and enough start times are free. The group then gets several start times side by side in one booking. The template starts with a maximum of eighteen.
Can I charge a separate price for children?
Not within one booking. What does work is a second activity with its own price, such as a children's round. Guests then choose which one to book in the widget.
What if it rains?
Bookings aren't cancelled automatically. Guests can cancel themselves up to the deadline you set. If they've already paid, the money isn't refunded automatically; you get a notification and handle the refund yourself.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
