- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- Not included
- Group classes with several clients at the same time with one coach, and video calls. A coach has one client at a time.

- Sessions with their own duration
- Each session gets its own duration and price, for example an introductory session of 30 minutes or a coaching session of 60 minutes.
- Clients choose their coach
- Clients choose a coach or whoever is free first, and only see times when that coach is free.
- Working hours and absence per coach
- Each coach has their own working hours. Days off and holidays block online booking with that coach.
- Confirmation and reminder
- Clients get a confirmation and a reminder by email, with a link to cancel.
- No price per coach
- You pay per practice. Add a fifth coach and your price stays the same.
- On your own website
- Clients book under your name, on your site or your own booking page. There is no marketplace showing them other coaches next to you.
- Payment in advance if you want it
- With the Online payment module (€20 a month) clients pay in advance or a deposit through your own Mollie account. A waiting list and gift vouchers are available as modules too.

How much does a booking system for coaches cost?
Coach Start costs €35 a month per practice and Coach, with client cards, team logins and reviews, €79, excluding VAT. You pay per practice, not per coach, so with five coaches Coach Start works out at €7.00 per coach a month. There is no fee per session and no commission on new clients.
Can clients choose their own coach?
Yes. Clients choose a coach or whoever is free first, and only see times that fit the duration of the session.
Does it work for personal trainers and therapists?
Yes, for anyone who sees one client at a time by appointment. You set up your sessions with their own duration and price, such as an intake, a training session or a follow-up appointment. Group classes with several clients at once are not included.
Can clients pay in advance?
Yes, with the Online payment module for €20 a month. Clients then pay in advance or a deposit through your own Mollie account. Without that module, clients don't pay online.
Do I need to install anything?
No, there is nothing to install. You manage everything in the browser. On your website you paste one line of code, use the WordPress plugin or link to your own booking page.
Can I try it first?
Yes, you can try it free for 14 days, without payment details. If you want to continue afterwards, you choose a subscription; if you do nothing, the trial simply ends.
Can I cancel any month?
Yes, a monthly subscription can be cancelled every month, with no notice period. You do this in the admin under Licences and invoices, and the subscription runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
