- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it doesn't do
- Day passes for a sauna, pool or thermal suite with a maximum number of guests, couples treatments with two therapists at once in a single booking, treatment rooms as a separate limit, and overnight stays. A sauna by time slot is booked with the Activities package and the sauna template, as a second venue in the same account.

Guests plan their time to unwind themselves, even when reception is closed.

- Massages, facials, a body scrub or a two hour package, each with its own length, price and category so guests find what they want quickly.
- Guests combine treatments
- Guests can book up to three treatments in one appointment, back to back with the same therapist, such as a scrub followed by a massage.
- A rota for each therapist
- Each therapist has their own working hours and time off, weekends included. Guests only see times when that therapist is free for the whole treatment.
- Time between guests
- Set a buffer on each treatment to get the room ready. The therapist stays booked for that time, and the guest never sees it in their appointment.
- Clear cancellation rules
- You decide how many hours beforehand guests can move or cancel themselves, how late they can still book online and how far ahead.
- Gift vouchers and payment up front
- A spa treatment makes a popular present. With the separate Gift vouchers (€15 a month) and Online payment (€20 a month) modules you sell vouchers online and let guests pay in full or in part beforehand.

How much does a booking system for a spa cost?
Salon Start costs €35 a month per venue, excluding VAT, with as many therapists as you like. If you also want client cards with history and notes, a PIN for each team member and a review invitation after the visit, choose Salon at €79. There is no fee per booking and no commission.
Can I offer spa packages?
Yes. Add a package as a treatment with its total length and price, for example a massage and facial together in two hours with one therapist. Guests can also combine up to three treatments back to back themselves.
Can guests pay with a gift voucher?
Yes, with the separate Gift vouchers module at €15 a month. You sell vouchers online and deduct the balance when guests book or at the desk.
Can guests pay in advance?
Yes, with the separate Online payment module at €20 a month. For each treatment you choose nothing up front, a deposit or the full amount, through your own Mollie account. Mollie charges its own transaction fees.
Can I try it first?
Yes, you can try it free for 14 days, without payment details. If you want to carry on afterwards, you choose a subscription; if you do nothing, the trial simply ends.
