How much does YourReservation.eu cost?
A fixed price per venue a month, excluding VAT: Basic €49, Salon €79, Restaurant €99 and Activities €189. There are no booking fees and no commission. With more venues you get 25, 40 or 50 per cent off, and paying in advance saves 10 or 20 per cent. The first 14 days are free.

Discounts for more venues and for paying in advance
The most expensive licence counts first, so the discount falls on the cheapest. Both discounts apply together.

Example: 3 venues on the Restaurant package cost €247.50 a month together instead of €297.00.
What a booking costs you
Because the price is fixed, each booking gets cheaper the more you take. With Restaurant at €99 a month, a booking costs €0.50 at 200 bookings a month and €0.20 at 500. A platform that charges per guest or per booking gets more expensive exactly when you get busier.
If your guests pay online, the payment runs through your own Mollie account, and Mollie charges its own transaction fees to your business.

The core is in every package. A package is a fixed bundle of modules at a discount; single modules can be added to any package.

Questions about pricing
Are there booking fees?
No. You pay a fixed price per venue a month, however many guests book. Only when guests pay online does Mollie charge its own transaction fees to your business.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Businesses in an EU country other than Sweden with a valid VAT number pay no VAT; the reverse charge applies. Customers in Sweden and customers without a valid VAT number pay 25 per cent Swedish VAT.
What does it cost for more than one venue?
Each venue is its own licence. From the second licence you get 25 per cent off, from the sixth 40 per cent and from the tenth 50 per cent. The most expensive licence counts first.
Is paying in advance cheaper?
Yes. Paying 6 months in advance gives 10 per cent off, and 12 months gives 20 per cent. If you cancel, the rest of a prepaid period is not refunded.
Can I cancel any month?
Yes. You cancel in the admin under Licenties en facturen (Licences and invoices). Your subscription runs until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens after the free trial?
The first 14 days are free and you do not need to enter any payment details. After that you pay for the package you choose, monthly or in advance, through Stripe.
Can I change package or add modules later?
Yes. You switch modules on in the admin, during the trial as well. If you add a venue or change a package, the difference is charged pro rata.
Which currency do I pay in?
Euros, through Stripe, with the payment method you choose.
