- Sign up, confirm your email address, choose the Laser tag template, check your arena and prices and put the button on your website.
- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Put single players or small groups together in one game, because a booking holds the whole arena. Team selection, scoring and digital waivers aren't included either.
What it does for your laser tag arena
No more phone calls about free slots, and you know in advance how many players are coming.
- Your arena by the slot
- A group books the arena for half an hour or a full hour, and a new game can start every half hour. While that slot is booked, nobody else sees it as free.
- Price per player
- Guests enter the number of players and see the price straight away. You set a minimum and maximum per group; the template starts at four and stops at twenty.
- More than one arena
- Got a second arena, indoors or out in the woods? Add it, raise the maximum group size above what one arena holds, and a large group automatically gets both in a single booking.
- Advance payment and gift vouchers
- For each activity you choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Sell gift vouchers online and redeem them when booking or at the desk.
- Your own rules
- How far ahead people can book, how close to the start, and until when a group can cancel by itself. The template uses 90 days, one hour and 24 hours.
- Reminders and reviews
- Every group gets a reminder the day before and an invitation to leave a review afterwards. A phone number is required, so you can ring someone if plans change.

Frequently asked questions
How much does laser tag booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per venue, excluding VAT, however many groups book. Online payment and gift vouchers are included and there's no fee per booking. If you don't need payments, Basic at €49 plus the Activities per time slot module also works.
Can single players join another group?
No. A booking holds the arena for the whole slot, so anyone booking later won't see that time at all. If you run open games for walk-in players, this isn't a fit yet.
Can I set a minimum number of players?
Yes, you set a minimum and maximum for each activity. The template starts with four to twenty players.
Can I offer kids' parties separately?
Yes, set it up as its own activity with its own length, price and number of children. Guests then choose which one to book in the widget.
What happens when a group cancels?
Up to the deadline you set, the group can cancel through the link in their confirmation. If they've already paid, the money isn't refunded automatically; you get a notification and handle the refund yourself.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes. The booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
