Partner terms
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to the partner programme of YourReservation.eu, provided by Your Virtual Assistant (Christopher van Vliet). Registration number 870308-9055. Address: HHU-664-1 Billo, 106 43 Stockholm, Zweden. Contact: hello@yourvirtualassistant.eu. They cover recommending the service; using the service itself is covered by the terms and conditions.
1. What the partner programme is
As a partner you recommend YourReservation.eu to businesses. If a business signs up through your partner link and pays for a subscription, you earn commission under these terms. You are not our employee or agent, and you may not enter into agreements on our behalf.
2. Applying and approval
You apply with the form on the partner page and give accurate details. We review every application and may turn one down without giving reasons. Once approved, you get access to your partner dashboard with your own code and link.
3. Your partner link and attribution
- A business is attributed to you if it signs up through your partner link or enters your partner code in the sign up form.
- Your code is in the link and stays with the visitor across the site during that visit. We store nothing in the visitor's browser, so someone who comes back later without your link has to enter the code themselves.
- There is no time limit. The code in the form when the business signs up counts, and we then record you as the partner for that organisation. This does not change afterwards.
- A sign up without your code cannot be attributed to you.
- Your own businesses do not count: a sign up with the email address of your partner account, or an organisation owned by your partner account, earns no commission.
4. Commission
- You receive 25 per cent of every paid invoice from an organisation attributed to you, for the first 12 months after that organisation's first payment.
- We calculate on the invoice amount before VAT and after discounts. If only part of an invoice is paid, for example with account credit, we calculate in proportion to what was paid.
- A commission keeps the rate and waiting period that applied at the time of payment. If we change the rate or periods, the change applies to later payments; commissions that already exist do not change.
- Commission is in euros, like the invoices.
5. Payouts
- A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment.
- If an invoice is refunded or a credit note is issued before we pay out the commission, the commission for that invoice lapses.
- Once your payable balance reaches €50 (the minimum that applies at the time of payout), we pay it out. We make the payment ourselves and agree with you by email how. Every payout appears with its date in your dashboard.
- You are responsible for any tax and VAT on your commission. If we need an invoice or details from you for a payout, we will ask by email.
6. What is not allowed
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages with your link.
- Posing as YourReservation.eu or as us, or giving the impression that you speak for us.
- Bidding on our brand name, or on search terms containing YourReservation, in search engine advertising.
- Promising anything about the service that is not on our website.
- Faking clicks or sign ups.
If you break these rules, we may end the partnership and let commissions that have not yet been paid out lapse.
7. What you see
Your dashboard shows your link, the number of clicks, sign ups and paying customers, and for each commission the package, month, amount and status. You never see the names or other details of businesses.
8. Ending the partnership
You can stop at any time by emailing us, and we can also end the partnership. After it ends, no new commissions arise. Commissions that are already payable and together reach the minimum will still be paid out.
9. Personal data
What data we process about you and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the commission we paid you in the 12 months before the damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
11. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms, the rate and the periods. The current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
