- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Security deposits, menu choices per guest, or moving a booking automatically when the weather turns.
What it does for your barbecue areas
You know in good time how many people to shop for.
- Areas per time slot
- Every barbecue area is its own place in your schedule, with a set length such as three hours and start times on the hour.
- Fixed price per area
- Charge a fixed price per booking, per person or per area per hour. The group sees the cost before booking.
- Barbecue pack per person
- Meat and veg, drinks or a dessert go in as extras per person or per booking. For twelve guests, the pack counts twelve times.
- Knowing in time who's coming
- You decide how close to the start online booking stays open. The template closes a day ahead, so you have time to shop.
- Payment in advance
- Choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per area is possible at a time, even if two groups press the button at the same moment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does barbecue area booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per location, excluding VAT, for all your areas together and with no fee per booking. If you don't need online payment, Basic (€49) plus the Activities per time slot module also works.
Can a group of forty come?
The template sets the largest group at twenty, which one area holds. If you want to spread bigger groups over several areas, charge per person or per area per hour, because a fixed price per booking only counts once.
Can guests pay for the food per person?
Yes. A barbecue pack as an extra per person follows the number of guests and is paid with the booking if you take payment in advance.
What if the weather turns?
There is no automatic bad weather rule. You move or cancel the booking yourself in the admin and refund any payment in your Mollie account.
Can I hire out an area for a shorter time?
Yes. You choose which lengths can be booked. The template starts with three hours, and you can add others.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
