- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Security deposits, damage reports, checking a boating licence or ID, or moving a booking automatically when the weather turns.
What it does for your boat hire
Your boats are booked before the good weather arrives.
- The hire times you offer
- Two, three, four or eight hours, or whatever suits your water. You also choose when a trip can start.
- More boats for a group
- You set how many people fit in a boat. A larger group gets more boats in a single booking.
- Price per boat per hour
- Customers see what their hire time costs straight away. Saturdays or the high season can cost more if you like.
- Drinks box and other extras
- A drinks and nibbles box per booking or lunch per person is added by the customer, with the price shown.
- Payment in advance and gift vouchers
- Choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros. An afternoon on the water also sells well as a gift voucher.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per boat is possible at a time, even if two customers press the button at the same moment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does boat hire booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per location, excluding VAT, for all your boats together and with no fee per booking. Online payment and gift vouchers are included.
I only hire out in season. Do I have to pay all year?
No. Your subscription can be cancelled any month. If you pay 6 or 12 months ahead, it runs until the end of that period.
Can a group hire several boats at once?
Yes. If the group doesn't fit in one boat, it gets more in the same booking. The price is per boat, so two boats cost twice as much.
I also have canoes or paddleboards. Can I add those?
Yes. Each type of boat is set up as its own activity, with its own numbers, prices and hire times. The customer first picks what they want to hire.
What if the weather turns?
There is no automatic bad weather rule. You move or cancel the booking yourself in the admin and refund any payment in your Mollie account.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
