- Languages
- This website and sign-up are in English. The booking widget, booking page and emails for your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. The admin is available in the same four languages.
- Currency
- Your licence is billed in euros. If guests pay online, they pay in euros through your own Mollie account.
- Your data
- The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The provider is a sole trader in Sweden.
- What it does not do
- Security deposits, lending out and checking in individual pieces of kit, or requests that you approve first. A booking for a free slot is confirmed straight away.
What it does for your studio
No more messages asking when the studio is free.
- From an hour to a full day
- You choose which sessions can be booked, for example one, two, four or eight hours. Hirers only see start times when the studio is free for the whole session.
- Price per hour
- Charge per studio per hour, per person or a fixed price per booking. Evenings or weekends can cost more if you set that up.
- Well ahead or last minute
- You decide how many days ahead the studio can be booked and how close to the start. The template begins with four hours, so you have time to get the room ready.
- Extras with the session
- A paper backdrop, an extra light or a sound engineer goes in as an extra, per booking or per person, with the price shown.
- Payment in advance and gift vouchers
- Choose no advance payment, a deposit or full payment in advance, through your own Mollie account and in euros. Gift vouchers for a shoot or a recording day can be sold online.
- Never double booked
- Only one booking per studio is possible at a time, even if two hirers press the button at the same moment.

Hosting, updates, emails and support by email are included. No booking fees. More than one venue? 25% off from the second licence, 40% from the sixth and 50% from the tenth. All prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions
How much does studio booking software cost?
The Activities package costs €189 a month per location, excluding VAT, with no fee per booking. Online payment and gift vouchers are included. If you can do without them, Basic (€49) plus the Activities per time slot module also works.
I have a photo studio and a rehearsal room. Can I run both?
Yes. Each space is set up as its own activity, with its own prices, session lengths and opening hours. The hirer first picks which space they want.
Can I keep time free between two sessions?
Not as a separate setting. What works is a session length that already includes tidying up, or letting sessions start only at set times.
Can I hire out equipment separately?
As an extra with a booking, yes, priced per booking or per person. The system does not keep stock levels for each piece of kit.
Can I take a security deposit?
No. You can ask for a deposit towards the price or full payment in advance, but a refundable security deposit is not included.
Is the booking widget available in English?
Yes, the booking widget, the booking page and the emails to your guests are available in English, Dutch, German and Swedish. Sign-up and the admin are available in English too.
