What you pay

Licences and invoices shows Your venues and What you pay. Each venue is one licence; the most expensive one counts first, after which the volume discount kicks in. All amounts exclude VAT. Current prices are on the pricing page of the website.

Only the owner can see this screen.

Taking out a subscription

1. Choose how often you pay: Month, 6 months or 12 months.

   Paying ahead gives you a discount, and you see the amount straight away.

2. Click Subscribe.

   You'll see Company details.

3. Fill in the Company name, Email for invoices, your address, Country and VAT number, then click Save and go to payment.

   You're taken to Stripe's payment page. Afterwards you'll see Thank you. Your subscription is being processed; this can take a minute.

Changing plans, modules and venues

1. Choose a different plan for a venue and confirm.

   The venue's features change straight away and the difference is prorated on your invoice.

2. To add a single feature without changing plan, choose Individual modules, tick it and click Save modules.

   If you're adding a lot, look at the next plan up too: as a bundle it works out cheaper.

3. For a new venue, click Add venue, fill in the Venue name, choose the Type and the Plan, and click Add.

   If a subscription is already running, the new licence is prorated from today.

4. To pause a venue, click Switch off.

   Guests can no longer book and the licence lapses on a prorated basis. Switch on brings it back.

Invoices, payment details and cancelling

1. Under Invoices, click Download invoice.

   You get the invoice as a PDF.

2. Click Payment details and cancelling.

   You're taken to Stripe, where you can change your payment method or cancel your subscription.
